In our last publication I asked that each of us attend as many of the Centennial events in Utah as possible. One of these which I especially wish all of you to attend is the Mormon Battalion Centennial Dinner Dance and Ball, on the 13th of July, at Heritage Hall, (SUP Headquarters). We are preparing a spectacular program, including a musical presentation of "Sand in Their Shoes." Plan to attend! I also wish to compliment all of you who are doing so well in the companies. I thank you for making the Battalion successful. The revised version of "Women of the Battalion", by Maj. Carl Larson and myself is now available and may be purchased through your Company Auxiliary President. This book provides valuable material for our talks on the Battalion women. Please make good use of it.
