Summer is upon us, and requests for our services are coming fast. Five memorializations are already scheduled, and several more are pending. Our big event is the bus trip to Council Bluffs to celebrate the two day event of the Mustering-in of the 500. We will depart 10 July, visiting historical sites on the way, then be in Council Bluffs for the re-enactment. On the 14th, we will go to Nauvoo, and visit historical sites at Far West, Independence: etc., returning west through NE and WY, and arriving home on the 19th. There are still some seats available-the estimated cost is $300 per person (meals extra). Upon finalization of the plans, a flyer wilt be sent to those going on the trip. We had excellent representation at the Scout-a-rama, where our two booths handed out information on the Trail Awards and Eagle Scout Courts of Honor. Thanks to all who participated.
