Quartermaster Matters Maj. Allen Jameson

Recently we have observed that some members have modified their uniforms with decorations, symbols, attachments, etc., and others are not in full uniform. While their intentions are good, the result does not give a professional appearance. True, the original Battalion did not wear uniforms, but WE DO, to show our appreciation for their accomplishment and to fulfill prophecy. For any question on how the uniform should look, please refer to the Organization Manual--this is our Standard--which states, "The wearing of items described in previous directives and those designated in this Manual are the only items to be worn. The wearing of other, unauthorized emblems, badges, pins, insignia, etc., is not permitted." The hat emblem is the bugle, not the crossed rifles (We were infantry.). As Staff quartermaster, I have been appointed to chair an ad hoc committee, composed of each company quartermaster (or someone appointed by the C.O.) to act as a control board for uniforms. Any proposed changes will go through this committee before going to the National Staff for final approval. Please comply.
