Southern Utah Heritage Choir MusicalChoir Director, Floyd RigbyTribute to the Patriotism of the Mormon Battalion Choir: The choir was invited to perform in the Czech Republic with their National Choir in 1996. Since that time they have made extensive performance tours to Armenia, Carnegie Hall in New York and most recently, to Mexico. Their international audiences love their music; they have made many successful tours of the Southwest and Inter-mountain West and perform regularly in surrounding communities in the Tri-State area. Guest Speakers: Elder David B. Haight of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Mr. Fred Ball Executive Vice President of Zion’s Bank. Mr. Bob Welti Poem Recitation from the Book “Five Hundred Wagons Stood Still” by Shirley Maynes. Poem written by Helen Paul. Invitation: Everyone is invited.
